START TIME:  10:30AM for 1 mile, 11:00 a.m. for the 5k
LOCATION OF START:  Meet at Wardlake Parking Lot
COST:  Children’s 1-mile - $3.00, 5k run or walk - $5 members/$7 non-members; $15 member families/$20 non-member families.

RACE NAME:    Great Alaskan Marathon Cruise--Ketchikan leg
RACE LENGTH:  TBA  6 ish (depending on the other race lengths in southeast.  The cruise ship passengers are running a marathon while they are in SE Alaska so the length varies from year to year.)  
DATE:  August 1, 2013
START TIME:  about 8 a.m.  (pending on when all the passengers get bussed out to Ward Lake)
LOCATION OF START:  Ward Lake proper
COST:  free for Running Club members

note:  This is a cruise ship run.  There will be approximately 100 runners from the Holland America cruise ship The Westerdam who will be bussed to Ward Lake for "real Alaskan run."  Locals are encouraged to participate!!  This race is free for locals.  If you happen to be in town and need a ride out to the race, please email and we'll arrange for a pick up.

• March 16 Shamrock Shuffle - 9:00 at Craig City Gym
• May 4th Totem-to-Totem Tune-Up - 9:00 at Healing Heart Totem in Craig
• May 25th POW Marathon: 7:00 at CTA Building in Craig
• Firecracker Run - 9:00 at parking lot of SEARHC in Klawock

Locations and times are subject to change -

Most runs are in the 5k category, with the exception of the Totem Run, which is closer of a 10k.
